Project 365 -- #3

Here it is, week #3 of Project 365! This has been an absolute blast...hope you enjoy my pics as much as I enjoyed snapping them.

Sonday, January 11
Never a dull moment around here.

Monday, Jan. 12
This was really a strange day; we actually had a couple of
flies in our house...in January.
I don't know if they were confused or what...we never see flies this time of year.
This is Lil'bit keeping them under control.

Tuesday, Jan. 13
This is my most favorite Journal that I've ever used. It's a Psalms Journal, and when you open it, you find a Psalm or a collection of Psalms from the same theme. Then a WHOLE page on which to write whatever your heart pours out in worship. Fantastic.
This was a Christmas gift given by my sister, Chel at Abiding Branch.

Wednesday, Jan. 14
Okay, I apologize that these last few are so small...I guess I won't be compressing my pictures to web compression anymore! Lesson learned.
These are my note cards that I have collected over the last several years and have stored in my treasure box. It is an opportunity to "treasure up" all that God has done in our lives recently.

Thursday, Jan. 15
DH and Brown Eyes showin' some love.

Friday, Jan. 16
Brown Eyes finally had his birthday party with his friends over.
One morbid little boy kept insisting that someone decapitated Wall-e.
Hasn't he ever heard of a portrait??? Sheesh.

Friday, Jan. 16 (again)
Too good to not put this in here. :-)
We had 9 boys for the party, but 6 boys to stay the night.
I don't know what I was thinking; from the looks of this picture, DH was probably wondering the same thing.

Saturday, Jan. 17
The morning after.

Join others at Sara's Make Music from Your Heart to the Lord for more 365 fun!

I love your notecards so much. I keep notecards with quotes on them in a special box in my bedroom. When I need encouragement I read some of them (most of them have Scriptures) and it helps so much. They're always a good reminder of how blessed I am! also, the Psalms journal looks amazing.

Oh, so much fun, Chel! And I've been looking at the Psalms journal ever since you sent me the link...I haven't had much time to play with the design, but I am hopefully getting some inspiration from it! :)

Love love love the red chair...gorgeous.

Great pictures!! I had to laugh at the party photo. If you think having a house full of boys is rough, you should have been here the year my twin girls turned 13. We let them invite 13 friends for a sleepover. I thought I was going to lose my mind from all the noise and the drama. LOL

Wow! What am I missing without boys? That is what I grew up with..I'd forgotten the chaos!

I like this idea of a picture a day...I'll have to work on that. Its too easy to forget those 'little' moments.

I had a mosqueto attack me last night inside my house. Where did he come from. This is strange. Grat pictures though.

I've had 12 11-year-old girls over for the night before and vowed to never do it again. Wonder which would be easier?

Great pics.

What a fun week! Really great photos, even if a little small :-) At least we can still see them! They coulda turned out thumbnail size.

I'm seriously lovin' that chair and ottoman. I've been wanting a lipstick red couch but we don't have room. Hmmmm, may a lipstick red chair and ottoman! LOL

What a fun week. Love the pic of the brother and the nephew together! What a cute cake looks like it was a fun party. Chel, just getting our families together produces that many boys... I love your comfy chair / ottoman!!

Love the idea of the post cards. How neat would that be to go back and read through them as a family. Can I steal that idea?

Hope all is well with you!
Blessings.
