It's Sonday again! Here's my pictures for this last week...hope you enjoy them!

Monday, Jan. 26This is a fitting picture for today. Over the weekend, I went to the Goodwill thrift store in my town to look for an ugly coffee mug. Yes, I did. Because my dear friend and blogging mentor, Lidna, was having a conniption because no one was going to participate in the great and significant Ugly Mug Contest she was hosting.
I felt it incumbent upon me to help my poor, distraught friend.
However, Goodwill didn't have a thing that was ugly enough for me to even think of spending money on. (There's a sentence I never thought I'd write!) But I found these beauties while I was looking. I paid a whole $1.50 a piece, and they match a crystal centerpiece that my grandma gave me for Christmas.
Lord, I love me a good deal.

He's reading a book called,
"The Incredible Worlds of Wally McDoogle: My Life as Crocodile Junk Food."
He thought it was stinkin' hilarious. So hilarious that he literally couldn't put it down and ended up finishing it that same afternoon. The best part about it is that it's about missionaries sharing the love of Jesus. There's a whole series of them; I can't wait to hear the laughter.

These are my most favorite PJ's. The pants have the same red threaded trim at the bottom. My mommy sent them to me for Christmas, and I wore them almost the whole day today.
I just love days like that.

Oooh, I miss Ruby Reds too, they are soooo yummy. My Dad, who still lives in Texas, sends us some every year for Christmas from his yard, it's like heaven for your mouth LOL
Absolutely great photos! Those sound like great books for kids. I have favorite p.j.s too. I had to replace my favorite summer p.j.s last year because after wearing for ten summers, they were (literally) thread bare. *sigh* That coffee looks fantastic. Mmmm, gonna go make me some now. That must be one incredible book your son was reading. I will have to go check this out. My grandaughter is 10 and loves to read. Is that about the right age for this series?

What fun pictures! I could eat grapefruit everyday, and that coffee looks so yummy on this cold morning. I wear pajamas all day way too often, and not even on a Saturday!

Hey sista! Love the capture of the steam lifting off the mug-a-java! wow! i am taking a break from my history of banks and money and I remembered you posted pics!! love them and my little guy love his Wally books too!! They are hilarious! He has read Alien Monster Bait and one other that escapes me at the moment.
